Girls' Generation's Yuri Charms In Surprise Appearance In Hit Drama 'Kill Me, Heal Me'

Girls' Generation fans watching the popular MBC drama Kill Me, Heal Me were delighted to see member Yuri pop up in one of the scenes in a recently aired final episode.

A fan uploaded the Yuri's short but adorable cut in the drama's concluding 20th episode, where she shared the scene with the mystery novelist and second male lead, Oh Ri On, played by actor Park Seo Joon:

To give context to clip, Yuri's fan girl character bumps into Ri On, not knowing that he is the famed writer hiding behind the Omega pen name. Yuri's character loves Omega's novels and Ri On was naturally smitten by receiving praise from such a pretty girl, but then things start to unravel for the writer as she reveals her name as Ahn Yo Na.

Ri On runs away from Yuri's character as he remembers unpleasant encounters with another Ahn Yo Na, one of the split personalities of Kill Me, Heal Me's main protagonist, Cha Do Hyun, played by Ji Sung. Do Hyun suffers from dissociative identity disorder, where in times of distress he can switch to one of six other identities, including the idol-obsessed Yo Na.

Even though Yuri's cameo role was short-lived, fans gave a positive review of her acting performance for conveying the bubbly idol fan girl. Her comedic timing and looks were also on point, according to observers.

"Yuri played Yo Na perfectly. Yuri should just be a main lead of a drama one day,"

"Cute and beautiful Yuri," and "This is just too funny," said fans on the comment thread of the uploaded YouTube clip.
