Whatever the reason for Ruth Kearney’s absence, it looks like Shailene Woodley inspired Theo James to confess to the world that he used to have a crush on Jessica Alba.

In a recent interview promoting ‘Insurgent’ premiere, Theo James confessed that he once was obsessed with Jessica Alba.

“Then, when I was at university, Jessica Alba. I was fucking obsessed with her. "Into the Blue," that came out when I was studying,” he said according to Huffington Post.

Sounds like ‘Insurgent’ star doesn’t have a heart of stone when it comes to pretty ladies!

But he is very serious about not sharing too much of his private life with the public. That probably explains the fact that he almost never brings his girlfriend Ruth Kearney to red carpet premieres.

The male lead of ‘Insurgent’ recently confessed in an interview with Flaunt that he wants to have nothing to do with Twitter, Instagram and any other forms of social media.

"I don't think I'd want to share those elements of my private life," Theo James admitted.

Theo James continued: "I don't have it and I never will. Other actors I know are really good at it and they rock and roll it, but it's not for me. If I post a picture of us having a drink now and get loads of views or comments and stuff, then suddenly you're quite exposed and you're in a world of work. I just like being present.”

We are sure that hippie Shailene really digs this side of the British actor.
