WIth the 27th Samsung Golden Disk Awards slated to occur in the beginning of 2013 in Malaysia, artists are RSVPing their attendance to Kpop's prestigious music event.  

It was earlier confirmed that G-Dragon, Super Junior, T-ARA, Infinite and CNBLUE will be attending the awards show dubbed as the Korean Grammy awards.  More recently, KARA, FTISLAND, Juniel, f(x), Beast, SHINee, EXO, Epik High, Lee Hi, Ailee, Teen Top and HyunA were also confirmed as attendees. The Golden Disk Awards is mostly based on album sales and digital downloads and is considered the barometer of success in Kpop. 

More artists who will be attending will be confirmed in the coming weeks.  The awards up for the grabs include:

Grand Prize in Disk Album (Daesang),  Disk Album of The Year (Bonsang),  Grand Prize in Song of The Year,  Song of The Year,  Most Popular K-POP Star, MSN Southeast Asia Award,  MSN International Award, New Rising K-POP Star Award, Best HIP HOP Award and Single Album of The Year.

A poll where fans can join in the decision for the popularity awards will commence on December 17th through January 7th, and will be available for voting for fans in Asia (Japan, Korea and most Southeast Asian countries).  

The awards festivities will be held at the Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur on January 15th and 16th.
