Kim Kardashian's pregnancy complications are allegedly making her sad. At the pilot episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" season 10, the 34-year-old revealed that she might even consider a surrogate just to give baby North a sibling.

"I am so on a mission to get pregnant," Kardashian opened up to the show's fertility doctor, Andy Huang.

In the said episode, she also explained the reason why she's determined to have another baby despite the reported Kim Kardashian pregnancy complications.

"I remember growing up being so close with my sisters, so I want siblings for North. Because it's been so tough I'm seeing a fertility doctor to see, like, exactly when I'm ovulating and really increase my odds of getting pregnant naturally," she said.

Life and Style magazine reports that Kanye West's wife is feeling "moody" because of the struggle she's experiencing. In the episode, she also revealed about the technique she learned from her doctor.

"The doctor said when I have sex, I have to lay down for 10 to 20 minutes. It takes 10 minutes for a sperm to swim up there," she told her sisters. Previously, she admitted to making love with her husband "500 times a day" in an attempt to get pregnant.

Kim Kardashian's pregnancy complications might also be the reason why she's relying on so-called psychics. In the episode, she revealed that her psychics told her about the gender of her future baby.

"I have a psychic and a hairdresser that's psychic, and they both said it will be a boy," she said.

Previously, it has been reported that some doctors deemed North as a miracle baby. While no further details have been disclosed regarding Kim Kardashian's condition, doctors have reportedly advised the brunette beauty to rest and lessen her travel.

Hollywood Life likewise reported before that Kim Kardashian is jealous of her sister Kourtney.

"Kourtney basically can blink and have a baby, and now that Kim is having trouble she is extremely jealous and is not hiding her emotions about it to Kourtney," the report said.

"It's driving Kourtney crazy because along with dealing with the nonsense that Scott puts her through and her mom puts her through, now she has to deal with a jealous sister to add to the stress."
