'Digimon Adventure Tri' Release Date Remains Unconfirmed Despite Fast Approaching Spring 2015 Anime Season

After a very exciting new key visual, suddenly it is almost April and it still is not clear what day all the nostalgia feels will be explored in celebration of 15 years since "Digimon."

So, when exactly is the release date for "Digimon Adventure Tri?"

Most early theories and signs pointed to an April 2015 release date for newly grown digi-destined to reappear on our TV screens. Unfortunately, there has yet to be a confirmation of the day and time. Moreover, there has yet to be a confirmation of streaming outside of Japan on services such as Crunchyroll or Funimation.

Needless to say, "Digimon" fans are getting antsy. As early as a month ago, fans began to wonder if the series was going to be delayed due to being so close to April without a trailer.

"Does anyone else have a bad feeling tri might get delayed back later than April? Is it normal for a digimon season to be this close to release without a true trailer or anything?" asked Sailor1993 on Reddit.

"Wouldn't surprise me. The website will be like "100 more clicks until Tri premieres" and some little turd of a virus digimon will show up and be like "attack 10 million times," replied Compoundgc161.

The Virus-Type digimon in question was a few months back a DemiDevimon that prevented fans from clicking on the Nade-Nade digi-egg hatch game that has previously brought about two key visuals for "Digimon Adventure Tri," the latest pictured above.

As far as wild speculation is concerned (because why not?) perhaps "Digimon Adventure Tri" will be slated for the tail end of the spring 2015 anime season. This could mean the final days of April or the first few days of May.

Hopefully for the hardcore "Digimon" fans, this won't mean endless hours of Nade-nade that leave them like this:
