According to Daily Knicks, James Dolan is exploring his options with the New York Knicks. The website said that he is trying to sell the team to an investment group. To confirm the rumors, Daily Knicks tried to contact a team spokesperson for clarifications but declined to give comments.

According to multiple sources, the team is being linked to former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg as the potential new owner. It is said that he is the majority owner in the investment group Dolan is negotiating with as of the moment. The website said that Bloomberg's current real time net worth is $36 Billion as per Forbes. Bloomberg is very capable of purchasing the Knicks as he is ranked as the 14^th richest person in the world and he can easily buy The Madison Square Garden Company as per Forbes.

Meanwhile, GM Phil Jackson is looking to shake-up the roster by next season. According to Ian Begley of ESPN New York, Jackson is done with his team evaluation and is ready to make the necessary changes in the front office.
