Without the official release date set for "Mass Effect 4," release information may have been hinted that the game would be seen for the current generation of consoles and PC and would likely snub the PS3 and Xbox 360.

In an official tweet by senior development director of the game Chris Wynn, he revealed that the game would be most likely available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Wynn confirmed the news after a fan asked him, "Hello! I just wanted to ask if there is any chance that next mass effect title will be avaible on portable platform(like psv)," the fan asked.

Gaming Bolt also confirmed the news that "Mass Effect 4" release date is only expected on the "current generation of hardware." Meanwhile, Wynn also revealed that the upcoming shooting title is expected to excite fans as they have prepared a new online multiplayer for the game. Previously, he tweeted that he is in need of an online producer to take the online gameplay of the game to the next level.

It was officially confirmed by EA games that they are looking for online producers to give the game a different twist in its online game mode.

Furthermore, rumors state that Bioware is expected to reveal something for the game at the upcoming E3 2015 in June.
