Girl group Girls' Generation, who has always been known for their high heels and great body line, has gone for sneakers this time.

With their comeback on January 1, Girls' Generation shocked fans with their edgy style and sneakers. 

Their new song, "I Got a Boy" revealed a new side to the group, as they tried 'girls hip hop' for the first time. Being their first album after over a year, they wanted to come back with something new for their fans.

They received an explosion of good responses from all over the world as they ranked high on the charts.

An official stated that because they wore sneakers instead of heels, they seemed to be able to perform better and show smiling faces to the audience.

It seems that sneakers provided the girls with more comfort, therefore they were able to enjoy themselves more on stage.
