Amy Schumer pranked Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the red carpet of the TIme 100 Gala last Tuesday evening.

The comedienne pretended to trip and fall in front of the celebrity couple at the event, and the paparazzi was on hand to capture the moment. Kanye for his part, looked indifferent at the entire incident, according to fans.

Both Amy Schumer and Kim Kardashian attended the Time 100 gala as part of the magazine's most influential list. Actress Tilda Swinton penned Schumer's write-up in the magazine's special issue, while lifestyle guru Martha Stewart wrote the one for Kim Kardashian.

Earlier, one of the members of the paparazzi was standing too close to Kim that he accidentally stepped on her dress, prompting the reality star to stop and look back.

The celebrities were all on hand that evening for the ceremony held by Time magazine honoring their 100 Most Influential People In The World. The evening's program included a performance by Kanye West that lasted 20 minutes, and the ceremony that celebrated the magazine's most influential personalities from different fields.

Aside from Amy Schumer's pretend fall, Time magazine chose some of the memorable moments of the night. They included Oscar winner Julianne Moore dancing, as well as other stars such as Emma Watson, Bradley Cooper, and Naomi Campbell busting a move. Then there was the tweet from the "Frozen" composers saying that they were feeling left out at the event. "If you are at the TIME 100 event and don't know anyone, come find us in the corner and we will sing showtunes," Kristen Anderson-Lopez tweeted. Later "The Fault In Our Stars" author John Green joined them and kept them company.

After the event, Amy Schumer revealed to Time magazine how she planned her prank on Kim and Kanye.  "I saw them," Schumer said, "and Isaid to my publicist, 'Can I pretend to fall?' and she said, 'I can't stop you."
