Roy Kim Fans Build Library Study Room In Singer's Honor
Honoring K-pop singer-songwriter Roy Kim, a library study room is being built in his name.
The 21-year-old singer entered the K-pop industry when he won on Mnet's talent competition series Superstar K4.
This May, a children's library is scheduled to open bearing the singer's name. Roy Kim's fans donated money to remodel a children study room in order to accommodate 40 to 50 children. Once the room is remodeled, it will be a place for children to both read and study.
This donation project started when Roy Kim released his debut single titled, "Spring Spring Spring" in 2013. Roy Kim is currently taking a break and finishing up his studies at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
His last activity was when he released his album Home on October 8, 2014.
