Dakota Fanning goes nude in her upcoming film "Very Good Girls." The 18 year-old actress opened up to MTV News about how "sensitive" and awkward it was for her to perform her first sex scene in her upcoming movie.

"Yeah, well, I've never done that before and I'm very newly allowed to do that," Dakota Fanning explained to MTV News at the Sundance Film Festival. "I was newly 18, so yeah, it was, it's kind of a sensitive thing, but it's a part of life."

Dakota Fanning continued to say: "No one's ever comfortable [doing love scenes]."

Fanning's co-star in the film, "Very Good Girls," Elizabeth Olsen also shared some advice to MTV about performing sex scene.

"No, you just have to go for it. Sorry, I didn't do a sex scene in this movie so I should shut up," Olsen said.

Actor Boyd Holbrook, the second half of the sex scene with Fanning, shared that the realistic points in the scene will resonate deeply in the hearts of those who watch the film "Very Good Girls."

"As in life it's not always so perfect and glossy and seamless," he said. "It's quite awkward sometimes especially with that. This film's about its going into life, first sexual experience, so it's all about the environment and not taking it too serious."

"Very Good Girls," starring Dakota Fanning, features girls in a coming of age story, seeking to lose their virginity and then dealing with the consequences of life that come afterwards.
