'Power Rangers' Movie Reboot Cast Set To Include Elizabeth Olsen? Other Powerhouse Names Rumored As Well!

The latest news about the upcoming "Power Rangers" movie reboot cast has been making the headlines as of late.

This is after numerous powerhouse names surfaced to be involved in the cast. One name that fans are considering to be a big add on to the already rumored cast is Elizabeth Olsen, who also starred as Scarlet Witch in the recently released "Avengers 2" film.

Fans say that Elizabeth's possible involvement is a good move on the part of the producers, as the third Olsen sister has recently been gaining a steady momentum in her career. Appearing in many blockbuster hits recently, including 2014's "Godzilla," and 2015's "The Avengers: Age of Ultron," the 26-year-old has been considered to be one of the break out actresses this year.

As to what role Elizabeth is set to play, we have yet to find out as her involvement in the film is currently unconfirmed.

As previously reported, other powerhouse names have also been included in the list of rumored celebrities to join the cast of the upcoming movie. These names include Liam Hemsworth, Meryl Streep and Chloe Grace Moretz, all of which have not yet released an official statement claiming that the reports are true and that they are indeed included in the "Power Rangers" movie reboot cast.

Set to be released on July 2016, an official synopsis for the upcoming film has yet to be released, however, fans are assuming that the "Power Rangers" movie reboot will follow the original story of the series, which is focused on a group of teenagers who are tapped to fight anonymously against bad guys who threaten to disturb peace in the planet.

The film will be produced by Roberto Orci, who also produced other top grossing films such as "Transformers," "Amazing Spider-man 2" and "Star Trek." The screenplay will be handled by Zack Stentz and Ashley Miller.
