Reports have surfaced that Kim Kardashian is pregnant again. According to the rumour mill, the reality star's baby will be a boy. However, Kanye West's wife allegedly chooses not to reveal the news because she wanted to make a huge announcement on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

It isn't a secret that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been trying hard to make a sibling for baby North. International Business News once reported that the power couple already spent $230,000 on IVF.

Last September 2014, the "KUWTK" star also told "Today Show's" Tim Dormer that she and her husband were indeed trying to have a second child.

"We're trying. I guess, it's all in God's hands," she said.

Previously, it has been reported that some doctors deemed North as a miracle baby. While no further details have been disclosed regarding Kim Kardashian's condition, doctors have reportedly advised the brunette beauty to rest and lessen her travels.

But the news about Kim Kardashian being pregnant again is yet to be confirmed especially since the brunette beauty was photographed recently at the Met Gala with no visible baby bump.

It can be recalled though that nothing will stop Kris Jenner's daughter from trying to have a second child.

In the pilot episode of "KUWTK" season 10, Kim Kardashian opened up to the show's fertility doctor, Andy Huang. She said that she's "so on a mission to get pregnant."

"I remember growing up being so close with my sisters, so I want siblings for North. Because it's been so tough I'm seeing a fertility doctor to see, like, exactly when I'm ovulating and really increase my odds of getting pregnant naturally," she added.

Kim Kardashian pregnant news remains to be addressed by the family but it appears that Kanye West already has an advanced gift for her wife.

Us Weekly claims that the rapper is planning a renewal of vows with the television star in Paris, France this May 24, in time for their first anniversary.

"The insider notes that the 'Only One' rapper is renting out the Eiffel Tower for the special festivities. The lavish 58 Tour Eiffel restaurant has also been booked for a private event. The ceremony will take place following the pair's appearance at the Cannes Film Festival," said the insider.
