A Florida teen arrested for drug possession lands herself in jail for 30 days for an insult.

Penelope Soto, 18, irritated the Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat during the hearing as she flips her hair, laughing derisively, and rolling her eyes at the judge.

The initial bond was set at $5,000 at the hearing to which Soto responded with an "Adios." Then the judge called her back raising her to $10,000 for her contempt. Stunned, Soto snapped shouting at the judge, "Are you serious?"

"I am serious. 'Adios'" the judge responded.

Then she continues with her rant flipping her middle finger while telling him to "Go **** himself!"

Judge immediately sentenced her to 30 days in jail. Watch the video of the incident below.
