The latest in the Nick Gordon investigation concerning Bobbi Kristina Brown's drowning comes from Gordon's own lawyer, Randy Kessler. Bobbi Kristina Brown's health condition has not improved after three months in the hospital and her boyfriend Nick Gordon is begging Whitney Houston's family to see her.

"Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families' wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts," Kessler told PEOPLE magazine.

"He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her."

Reports claimed that Bobbi Kristina Brown's father, Bobby Brown, was barring Nick Gordon from seeing Bobbi Kristina while he's under investigation regarding her drowning.

Earlier this month, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother Cissy Houston said in an interview that after three months in the hospital, Whitney Houston's daughter's health condition is "the same - she's not progressing at all."

Houston told Entertainment Tonight, "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her ... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it."

Doctors have said that the 22-year-old has "irreversible brain damage."

"Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me," Houston said. "We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time. Keep us in your prayers."

Gordon and a friend were the first to find Bobbi Kristina unconscious and unresponsive in a bathtub in January. She now remains in an Atlanta-area rehab facility.

Meanwhile, Nick Gordon is at the center of an active criminal investigation underway in Georgia in the Bobbi Kristina case. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that "Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries that have piqued their interest." No further details were given, but multiple sources told the publication that there is a history of violence between Bobbi Kristina and her boyfriend.
