Michael Schumacher's Wife Corinna Sells More Property As She Finally Accepts F1 Champion's Old Condition Will Never Return

Corinna Schumacher has sold more of Michael Schumacher's property, which could be a stark admission that he would never regain back his old condition following the skiing accident.

Reportedly, the Formula One racer's wife sold off their private jet for $50 million, as well as their holiday home in Norway.

As early as August last year, it was already reported that his private jet was put up for sale, but the amount quoted then was for $20 million.

According to the London's Daily Mirror, Michael Schumacher's wife Corinna was selling the grey Falcon 2000EX jet, which is described as capable of flying eight passengers at 600 miles per hour. It also has a personal insigna for the Formula One champion on the tail.

When he was still active in Formula One, Michael Schumacher reportedly traveled between 300 to 400 hours every year using the jet around the world. When he wasn't competing, he uses the jet to fly his family to destinations, or shuttle his kids, Gina Maria, 17, and Mick, 15 to their school in Switzerland.

"When it became clear that the old Schumi perhaps never would return, Corinna had to accept her new life. She had to act," according to the Bunte report.

Meanwhile, Corrina Schumacher is now handling the racer's half-a-billion-dollar estate because of Michael Schumacher's condition.

"She knows her husband, who requires care and therapy around the clock, will never enjoy these things again," the article from Bunte said, as shared by Daily Mail.

In February, Corinna also sold off their Norwegian family home for $2.82 million which was then described as a grim acceptance that Michael Schumacher's condition might not improve.

"A foreign buyer is said to have bought the 46-year-old's mountain home, in Trysil, north of Oslo, for £1.8million," said the Telegraph. "The seven-time German champion used the lodge as a base for family ski trips since the 1990s as well as a refuge from 'media pursuit.'"
