Big Bang's "Loser" won 1st place at KBS 2TV Music Bank on May 22 and swept up ninth music show trophy in 3 weeks. Big Bang didn't perform at the show but successfully boasted their top-ranking status. "Bae Bae" also won 3rd place.

Big Bang won their first trophy at MBC Show! Music Core on May 9th without performing. Their trophy winning streak continued on SBS Inkigayo on May 10, Mnet M Countdown on May 14, Music Bank on May 15, Show! Music Core on May 16, Inkigayo on May 17, MBC Show Champion on May 20, and M Countdown on May 21.

"Loser" is a song that expresses a lonely man's feelings. It's not fast and the beats aren't strong, yet it is easy to catch Big Bang's unique feel from it. It features calm, rhythmical rap and addicting hook composed by Taeyang and written by T.O.P and G-Dragon. Teddy also collaborated in overall production of the track.
