“Murray, seeded third, will have to wait to find out his first-round opponent at Roland Garros but he could meet either Djokovic or Nadal in the semi-finals. One of the qualifiers Murray could face is fellow Briton Kyle Edmund, who must beat Adrián Menéndez-Maceiras to book his place in the main draw.”

Andy Murray has become an avid feminist after his wedding to Kim Sears. The Scottish player continues to defend his coach Amelie Mauresmo as they eye French Open 2015.

According to Scottish Daily Record, Andy Murray got mad at all the unfounded criticisms that his coach Amelie Mauresmo has been receiving from the public.

Murray said: "I knew it would be a big story at the beginning but I thought it would die down quicker than it has. I was very surprised at the amount of criticism she received for each loss I had. I couldn't believe the negativity towards her personally.”

According to the Guardian, Daniel Farrelly, an evolutionary psychologist, commented that Andy’s marriage to Kim Sears is indeed aiding his tennis game.

“Murray used to be quite an aggressive, emotional player, but in the past few years, he is more calm and measured. Getting married now probably wouldn’t have as much of an effect on his performance as it would before,” he said.

A few weeks ago, the Scottish player won the Munich Open with, according to CNN, “his wedding band tied to his shoelaces.”
