2NE1 leader CL triggered a bout of gold envy among her Instagram followers after she uploaded a photo of her favorite accessories from luxury brands.

The trendsetting idol -- who gets invited to fashion shows and is close buddies with fashion designers such as Jeremy Scott -- showed off a stack of gold jewelery on her arm.

She wrote the caption: "#yes @vitafede" which tags the Vita Fede brand by designer Cynthia Sakai and is known to produce Italian-made handcrafted jewelry and accessories.

Knowledgable fashion fans also noted that her watch is from Versace, another luxury brand.

"Love these bangles <3" "That's so pretty! I want one!" "Classy," commented fans.

CL has just finished a performance at the UMF Korea 2015 held on June 14 and is flying to the United States for her scheduled special appearance at the LA Dodgers baseball game where she will do the honors of throwing the ceremonial first pitch.

CL is ramping up her visibility in the American public as she prepares for her stateside solo debut. A lot is hinging on her American launch. Aside from CL's aspirations to become a worldwide music icon, YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk has stated that 2NE1's stateside activities will be determined by CL's solo debut success.
