K-Pop Crossover: 2NE1's CL Performs English Single 'Dr. Pepper' For The First Time [VIDEO]

Although she is a K-pop idol, 2NE1's Lee "CL" Chaerin has been busy performing her English singles at various venues, including the newly released track, "Dr. Pepper."

On Saturday, CL performed at Korea's iteration of the Ultra Music Festival (UMF). Here, the rapper performed "Dr. Pepper" for the first time to a live audience.

"Put it on ice b*tch," captioned the 24-year-old on Instagram, along with a snippet of the performance.

This is not the first time CL has performed at UMF. In March, the 2NE1 member made a cameo appearance at UMF Miami alongside Skrillex, Diplo and P.Diddy.

"CL staged a collaboration performance with Skrillex, Diplo and P. Diddy who stood on UMF's finale stage as headliners," read the record label YG Entertainment's blog. "As many as 100,000 people were present at the festival and more than 6.87 million viewers around the world watched it through live-broadcasting."

With "Dr. Pepper" produced by Diplo, it is expected the producer is heavily involved with CL's solo debut.

"CL's album, I'm working really closely on," said Diplo to iHeartRadio in April. "She's a Korean pop star who sings and raps. She's on Skrillex and my 'Dirty Vibe' song. She's just awesome. I'm so proud of the stuff we did. She's really cool."

Later in the summer, CL is expected take her live stages stateside.

Organized by Diplo's record label Mad Decent, Mad Decent Block Party focuses on global pop and dance music. In 2015, 22 concerts across 19 cities have been announced in North America, and CL will appear in three performances in August and September.

"CL will be appearing for a total of three times, on August 9 in New York's Brooklyn, on Sept. 11 in California's Berkley and Sept. 19 in Los Angeles," confirmed YG-Life.
