Diddy Attacks UCLA Coach With Kettlebell; Video Released!

Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested after allegedly attacking UCLA conditioning coach Sal Alosi. The story was first reported by TMZ.

According to the TMZ report, Diddy's alleged assault occurred during a confrontation concerning Diddy's son Justin Combs at the coach's office. A source of the entertainment and gossip website claimed the coach was "riding Justin, screaming intensely at him" during Football training and Diddy witnessed the whole incident.

TMZ further reported that Diddy got arrested after allegedly attacking the coach with a steel weight -- a kettlebell. The attack narrowly missed Alosi, who according to a TMZ source, would have died if he got the full blow.

TMZ also said a video of the incident was recorded although none has yet to leak.

Sources from Diddy's camp apparently told TMZ that although he was arrested, he just acted on self-defense insisting he only held the kettlebell in a defensive position.

Hours after Diddy was arrested by the Los Angeles Police, the Hip-hop mogul was once again scot free.

In an ESPN report, Diddy reportedly paid $160,000 according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department website so he could get out of jail after being arrested.

Sources of ESPN said though that Diddy only paid $50,000 after he was arrested for a charge of felony for allegedly attacking Alosi.

Diddy was purportedly released at 9:50 pm just hours after being arrested. He is expected though to appear in court on July 13.

In a release from UCLA, officials shared no one was hurt in the incident. While they addressed the alleged altercation, they still refused to comment on what happened.

"I'm thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation," UCLA Football coach Jim Mora said in the release as quoted by Entertainment Weekly.

"This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved," he continued.

"While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time," he also said.

Diddy's camp refused to talk about his arrest for now as well as reported by Fox News.

"I'm not commenting until all the facts are sorted out," Combs Enterprises spokeswoman Nathalie Moar said regarding Diddy being arrested.
