Selena Gomez Turns To Healthy Food To Ensure Weight Loss; Justin Bieber's Ex Just Can't Take Fat-Shaming?

Selena Gomez has lashed back at netizens for fat-shaming her back in April as she insisted that she loved her new curves. However, it seems that Justin Bieber's ex might have not been telling the whole truth as she showed quite a bit of a weight loss recently.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, if Selena Gomez loved her new curves, she wouldn't have embarked on a furious diet and workout plan on her way to a weight loss.

"Generally, someone who embraces their weight doesn't diet like a mad woman and lose 20 pounds in less than a month," it said. "Selena recently stepped out and shocked everyone with her rapid weight loss."

Sources told Life & Style magazine claimed that Justin Bieber's ex has "given herself a thin-ervertion."

"She is doing cardio twice a day and she has cut out all food deliveries to her house. She is so committed that the weight has just been falling off. No more burgers, fries, and shakes. Now it is just fresh fruit, greens, and fish," the source added.

In April, a bikini photo of Selena Gomez surfaced showing off a bit of a weight gain.

Previously, Selena Gomez addressed the fat shaming by slamming a Twitter user for telling her to stop eating junk food.

She wrote, "You're disgusting. IM IN the business and I could care less about what 'they' or you say I should look like. I don't need to do anything other than love myself, take care of my work, fans, family and friends."

But Selena Gomez's weight loss might have been more than a lifestyle choice because she embarked on another workout and diet plan back last year as part of dealing with Lupus, which she was diagnosed with back in 2013.

A source told OK!, "Before she was always run-down and couldn't cope with the stress of her work, which is why she went to rehab earlier this year. Now Selena is in fighting fit and says she feels like she could live forever."
