Ariana Grande Donuts Issue Worsen; Singer Apologizes As Shop Owner Claims She Was 'Rude' To Employees!

Ariana Grande's recent issue with donuts has been making the rounds off the internet.

This began when TMZ uploaded a video of the "Break Free" singer licking donuts and spitting on them. The video also showed Grande saying a statement that enraged the public after they found out. "What the f*** is that?," she said, pertaining to a tray of donuts. "I hate Americans, I hate America, that's disgusting."

After the video went viral, Ariana released a public apology that was coursed through Hollywood Life.

"I am EXTREMELY proud to be an American and I've always made it clear that I love my country," she said. "What I said in a private moment with my friend, who was buying the donuts, was taken out of context and I am sorry for not using more discretion with my choice of words."

To add to the Ariana Grande donuts issue, the singer then went on to talk about how she is an advocate of healthy eating.

"As an advocate for healthy eating, food is very important to me and I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole," she said. "The fact that the United States has the highest child obesity rate in the world frustrates me."

Fans are saying that the fact that she tried to turn the situation around and brought up the issue of obesity in America, instead of just straight up apologizing, makes the matter even worse for the "Problems" singer. Another line of apology came after the obesity issue was brought up

"I should have known better in how I expressed myself; and with my new responsibility to others as a public figure I will strive to be better," she said. "Let me once again apologize if I have offended anyone with my poor choice of words."

Moreso, the shop owner claims, as stated by Toronto Sun, that Grande was being rude to the employees.

"She was being rude," said the owner. "She kept telling my employee - an experienced doughnut server - she came to buy six doughnuts. She kept wanting the doughnuts in the back because my bakers were baking at that time."

The owner further added that her employees kept going back to get the donuts that were currently being baked because Ariana Grande kept on making them go back.
