Cory Monteith's death is still mourned by his "Glee" co-stars. According to a report from Just Jared, former cast member posted tributes on their social media pages to remember the actor on his second death anniversary.

A touching message was written by the actor's former girlfriend, Lea Michelle, remembering Cory Monteith after his drug-related death. Fellow teen stars Mark Salling, Kevin McHale and other cast members looked back on times they shared with "Glee's" resident star football player.

"What I would do to have you back bro" Mark Salling wrote, alongside a collage of his photos with Cory Monteith.

"Miss these fun random memories with him." said Harry Shum Jr.

"This goofball...I can't comprehend how it's already been 2 years, when it sometimes feels like I saw you just yesterday. Miss you every damn day," Kevin McHale reached out.

Jenna Ushkowitz also posted a short greeting. "Miss ya, buddy," she said.

Although still sad, "Glee" cast members seemed to be coping much better now than during Cory Monteith's first death anniversary last year.

According to Hollywood Reporter, teen stars and fans were very emotional during the actor's first death anniversary. The then 31-year-old TV star died of mixed drug toxicity involving "intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol."

"We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always," Lea Michelle wrote last year to commemorate Cory Monteith's death anniversary.

The actress reportedly spent the said day relaxing with some close friends at Santa Barbara.

"She grieved for a little bit, but she mostly watched TV, some movies and hung out with Matthew," a source said.

The actress was with her new boyfriend, former real estate agent turned dating and lifestyle coach Matthew Paetz.

"She spent the weekend and the day of with some friends and Matt, but she didn't want to be out and about or on the beach or partying because she knows that would have been taken the wrong way," an insider told Hollywood Life.
