It was revealed that this picture was a piece of fan art drawn by a fan.

The fan drew Jaejoong ghostly pale to look like that of a vampire. They also added red eyes for more of an enticing effect. Many felt that his image made him look like that of characters from the "Breaking Dawn" series.
