John Travolta snubbed gay rumors that are being hurled at him again recently. According to a report from Huffington Post, the "Pulp Fiction" actor was in good spirits when he attended an event and danced with astronaut Buzz Aldrin.

The unlikely duo showed off their dancing skills at an event held last weekend at Florida's Kennedy Space Center. The kickoff event was for Buzz Aldrin's ShareSpace Foundation. The charitable group is focused on boosting science literacy of children by integrating arts into science education.

The Apollo astronaut even joked about the dance-off in a Facebook post.

"I thought I held my own," he said. "What do you think?"

John Travolta also spoke at the event to praise Buzz Aldrin.

"To be here at the Kennedy Space Center, under a Saturn V rocket with an American hero like Buzz Aldrin, it's just quite a privilege," he said.

John Travolta was mum about gay rumors while at the charity event, particularly with how he and his alleged ex-lover will be facing each other in court soon this August.

According to Radar Online, the hearing will be about the movie star's former pilot and lover Doug Gotterba, who accused him of forging his signature on a confidentiality agreement. The said document was supposedly signed in 1987 to prevent Doug Gotterba from speaking about John Travolta and their gay love affair.

"[The signed confidentiality agreement] is not legitimate, because [I] never would have signed [my] name with the date out of place," said John Travolta's alleged ex-beau.

The Hollywood Gossip previously revealed how John Travolta gay rumors will be exposed in Doug Gotterba's upcoming tell-all book. The memoir will supposedly detail John Travolta's six-year gay affair with his alleged ex-lover before he married actress Kelly Preston in 1991.

The actor explained to Daily Beast that he is aware of what Doug Gotterba is after.

"It's just about people wanting money," he said. "That's all. It happens on many levels."
