Singer Jang Jae In proved she's ready for September to arrive by modeling Fall combinations for the August issue of Sure.

The photoshoot was called "Secret Paradise" and was shot to show readers how to wear the "checkered" pattern for the upcoming season. Jang's wardrobe included a Max Mara tub-top dress, Paul & Alice denim wide pants, Karl Lagerfeld platforms, and a slew of accessories from H&M's 2015 Autumn/Winter collection.

The star also modeled a faded pattern cape from Bottega Veneta's 2015 Fall/Winter collection. The cape has a high collar, square pattern, frontal zipper and can be seen below making its runway debut.
