News about One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has been making the rounds on the internet, after his bandmate, Liam Payne finally spoke up about his baby with Briana Jungwirth.

In an interview with Magic Radio, Payne revealed what he really thought of the whole situation that his friend is currently on. He told the interviewer that he was shocked to hear about the news.

"Well, obviously I was a bit shocked but he's taken super well to it," Payne said, as quoted by Wilts Gloss Standard. 

"He's very excited with what's going on with him at the moment and I feel that stuff like that happens sometimes," Liam added, talkig about what Louis is currently feeling. "He's taking it very seriously."

To add to the One Direction news, Payne shared that Louis Tomlinson's baby momma Briana Jungwirth is a very nice person in real life, a description that is contrasting to what recent rumors about her claim.

As to his relationship with former One Direction member, Zayn Malik, Payne revealed that he has not really spoken to him recently.

"I haven't spoken to him recently and he's off doing his own thing and taking his time," the singer said. "It is a difficult thing to leave the band, but his heart wasn't in it and you have to go with your heart and say, 'I can't do this any more and there is something out there that I do want to do that is different', and that's fine."

"I'm dead excited to hear some of his stuff," Liam added, implying that despite their lack of communication, they still remain to be good friends as before. "I did a lot of work with him in the studio when he was in the band."

"We used to stay up late and do rap stuff which is quite interesting, because I like to produce rap beats and stuff," he added. "He's got a great voice and he's a very talented young man and we wish him all the best of luck."
