Kendra Wilkinson and her husband are thankful to "Marriage Boot Camp." According to a report from Us Weekly, the former Playboy Playmate and Hank Baskett believe that reality TV helped heal their marriage.

It has been a year since Kendra Wilkinson's husband was accused of cheating after his alleged mistress, a transsexual model named Ava London, has revealed details of their alleged affair.

The mother-of-two opened up about how she and the former NFL player moved on with the help of "Marriage Boot Camp."

"It's a very powerful season," Kendra Wilkinson said. "We're just showing the healing process. Everything that really happens after something tragic happened."

"We're human. We're not perfect people. This is pretty much a TV diary of what we're going through," she pointed out.

Even though Kendra Wilkinson was very disappointed with her husband, the ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner admitted that she always wanted to save her marriage.

"I had it in my mind since day one that everything will work itself out, no matter which way it goes," she said.

"I think being on TV helped us expedite everything a little bit more and push us more into the therapy a lot more. It pushed us a little bit more to get to the root of our problem and the root of our feelings."

Kendra Wilkinson believes that she and Hank Baskett will be stronger now after they fought for their marriage.

"I want to get to a place with Hank that I've never been before," she said. "To be stronger people. To be better people than we were before."

Kendra Wilkinson recently defended her husband after he came clean about the Ava London cheating scandal. People reported how she took to Instagram to announce that she has forgiven Hank Baskett.

"This is the love of my life...A true man," the 30-year-old captioned the photo posted last month. "I believe in forgiveness and I believe in him. I take my vows very serious and won't let people's beliefs get in my way of what I know."
