One Directioners across the globe have wondered for weeks about the accuracy of Louis Tomlinson's baby news. Fans got the confirmation from the Brit crooner himself when the band appeared on "Good Morning America" to promote their latest single.

Host Michael Strahan congratulated the Doncaster-born singer on his upcoming fatherhood. When asked how he is feeling, the "Drag Me Down" singer responded with "Thank you."

"Obviously it's a very exciting time. So thank you," he went on to say.

For those who are wondering how Louis Tomlinson's baby mama, Briana Jungwirth, came across with the "No Control" hitmaker, E! News' Ken Baker revealed the details to "On Air with Ryan Seacrest."

According to him, Louis Tomlinson visited one of Los Angeles' party spots after Zayn Malik quit 1D last March in the middle of the boys' "On the Road Again" tour.

"So basically after Zayn quit the band, he had a break - Louis came back. He was in Los Angeles, he went out to Bootsy Bellows. He goes out and he liked this girl - very cute girl," he told the show.

"She's 23, he's 23, calls her over and does the whole celebrity thing. And they basically hook up and they start dating and they stay in touch, he goes back on tour, they stay in touch, and then they saw each other again when he came back. Here we are a few months later - she's pregnant," he continued.

Louis Tomlinson's baby mama Briana Jungwirth is believed to be 15 weeks pregnant. While she is not the boybander's girlfriend, the "Steal My Girl" singer will reportedly ensure that everything will be taken care of for his firstborn.
