It's BTS's turn to take over Naver's new "V" app with a live broadcast from Thailand!

Their app takeover was revealed earlier in the week. Before their Thailand concert, the members of BTS took their fans on a journey through Thailand. The special show, titled Run BTS Live in Thailand, followed BTS as they explored Thailand, its culture, and cuisine ahead of their concert. The broadcast was 80 minutes long and aired on Friday, August 7.

With over 300,000 fans following them on the app, BTS has quickly become one of the most popular groups on "V." They follow just after Big Bang who have more than 370,000 fans.

According to Korea Herald this is the first time where the "V" app launched a real-time show outside of Korea.

Since its launch of August 1, Naver's "V" app has received a lot of attention. It has already reached 610,000 downloads in 170 different nations and has featured exciting content from idols like Big Bang, WINNER and iKON, VIXX, SHINee, and others. Wonder Girls, 2PM, and Beast are also projected to be hosting broadcasts via the app very soon.

Since the app allows idol users the opportunity to stream videos spontaneously, fans never know when they are going to see some of their favorite idols playing around. It is available for download on both iOS and Andriod.
