As early as now, fans are already waiting for One Direction 2016 tour announcements given that the band is expected to release their new album this November. Each album release is usually followed by a world tour. However, things might change as Liam Payne hinted that they needed to take a break.

Daily Mail reported that in an interview with Free Radio, the British crooner talked about taking hiatus.

"You know, I think everyone needs a little bit of a break now, and a sit down and a stop, to kind of take in all the great things that've happened."

Apart from worrying about the One Direction 2016 tours, some fans are also dreading that the band members might soon part ways. Rumors have surfaced that the fifth album could be the band's last because Harry Styles allegedly wants to go solo like Zayn Malik, who just signed a record deal with RCA.

Nonetheless, Liam Payne assured fans that nothing like that would happen.

"We won't be going anywhere for a while, so I don't know where that's brewed from," he said as reported by Evening Standard.

Liam Payne might be yearning for a break especially after dealing with a paparazzi-related experience in New York. Recently, he lashed out at the paparazzi through his Twitter.

"Why is it that in New York people think it's ok to swear and shout horrible things at you in the street," he shared.

He said that his reason for avoiding paparazzi was because he wanted to ensure the safety of his family members and friends. He went on to share that he wanted to visit New York next time without the same perils.

"One time id like to be able to see New York without being followed chased and cornered like an animal until other people get what they want."
