Taylor Swift Girl Squad Has Its Own Rules? Songstress ‘Wants’ Calvin Harris To Form His Own Too

While Taylor Swift's girl squad is comprised of models and other high-profile celebrities, the "Styles" songstress proved that her posse is still ordinary. When she posed for Vanity Fair's Style issue, the 25-year-old said that she values the opinions of her girlfriends when it comes to the man she's dating.

She told the magazine, "SO IMPORTANT. Oh, it's so important. In every friendship, you've got one or two girls where you hear people say, 'Oh she's so different around her boyfriend!' I never want to be that girl. So that was a huge goal of mine: never ever become someone else for the sake of a relationship."

There are approximately 25 people who belong to Taylor Swift's girl squad and some of them were seen in the blonde beauty's music video for "Bad Blood."

However, Taylor Swift's girl squad might be affecting the "Styles" singer's romance with Calvin Harris. According to OK! magazine, the "Out of the Woods" songstress wants her beau to have a squad of his own.

As per the magazine's source, the DJ introduced his lady love to his oldest set of friends who recently visited Las Vegas. The "Welcome to New York" hit maker allegedly didn't like her boyfriend's group.

"Taylor was shocked at just how different they are to Calvin," said the insider. "They're incredibly awkward, intelligent but rude about it."

Even if Taylor Swift is aware that her beau had a "geeky past," she allegedly couldn't connect with Calvin Harris' friends.

Said the source, "She wants him to get a new showbiz-friendly set of friends. She thinks it's weird he's always hanging out with her and her girlfriends."

It appears that Taylor Swift wants her beau to have a group of friends outside Scotland who can defend him anytime. After all, Gigi Hadid and Martha Hunt recently came to Taylor Swift's defense when she was criticized by Ed Droste on Twitter.
