Lindsay Lohan News: Actress Faces New Legal Battle; Ex-Driver Sues 'Mean Girls' Sar For Unpaid Services

Lindsay Lohan news reported that the "Mean Girls" star is currently facing a new legal battle. According to a report from TMZ, the controversial actress is being sued by her ex-driver for allegedly not paying him for certain services.

Edson Ricci, the former driver of Lindsay Lohan, told news publications that he worked for the movie star for two months back in 2012. It was during that time when Lindsay Lohan continuously made news for her wild partying and run-ins with the law.

The driver alleged that the former Disney talent has yet to pay him $27,839.18 for car services and a hotel bill reimbursement.

A report from Mirror UK broke down the said amount. According to Edson Ricci, $26,400 is for his unpaid driving services, adding that he himself is not sure why Lindsay Lohan is taking so long to pay him.

He added that Lindsay Lohan has yet to reimburse him for how he shouldered a $1,439.18 hotel bill during an emergency.

Aside from the driver's allegations, Lindsay Lohan was also previously accused of not paying a $46, 350.04 bill at Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont.

Some wonder if the legal battles that Lindsay Lohan made news for will be included in her highly-anticipated tell-all book.

According to a report from Radar Online, the redhead star has been coordinating with London-based publishers for the memoir, which will supposedly even have a video diary.

"She wants to tell everything, even some of the stuff that happened when she was a kid growing up in predatory Hollywood," an insider said.

"She wants to tell the truth in her own words - about her folks, her job, her love life, the drugs, the parties, the highs, the lows, the lies."

E! Online also added that Lindsay Lohan's tell-all book will be "deeply personal" and will be based on a confidential journal that she has kept for years.
