Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz have apparently cut off ties on Twitter, according to a report online.

According to a report on Metro, the rumored couple have removed each other's name from the list of people that follow each other on Twitter. The report also mentioned that this may purportedly mean that their friendship is over.

Though neither Beckham nor Moretz have addressed this recent rumor yet involving the two of them, their Twitter accounts seemed to dispel the rumors anyhow.

On Beckham's following list on Twitter, the "If I Stay" actress remains on the first row of the 26 people he follows. Even on Moretz page as of Wednesday, Beckham was also among the 1,103 people she follows on Twitter.

Rumors of Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz becoming pals and a possible romance between them first surfaced back in August 2014 as reported by Mirror.

"They speak all the time and enjoy hanging out together, just doing what teenagers do," an insider revealed to the source above then. "Both David and Victoria have given them their blessing."

A month later, Moretz was put on the spot during the "Watch What Happens" show when a caller asked her the real deal between her and Beckham.

"Maybe," she told Andy Cohen then when asked if she did not want to put a label about her and Beckham.

"What I find really interesting about Brooklyn -- and what I really love about that kid -- is that he is passionate about what he wants, which is to be a professional soccer player," she also revealed on Teen Vogue's October 2014 issue as quoted by Mail Online. "And I enjoy someone who is on my level with the seriousness kind of thing."

Not much sighting of Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz  together has been seen though in the past months. Over at Instagram, Beckham posts pictures mostly hanging out with his family and friends. The same goes for Moretz, who has been busy taking care of baby squirrels recently.
