'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Star Tamra Judge Worries Ex Husband Tearing Daughter Away?

'Real Housewives Of Orange County' star Tamra Judge is reportedly worried about her daughter Sidney under the custody of her ex husband, Simon Barney. Is the "RHOC" concerned that her ex is tearing her daughter away from her?

According to the Inquisitr, court documents published by Radar Online last week allege that the Sidney, the 16-year-old daughter of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge and ex husband Simon Barney, told a judge she did want to spend time with her "RHOC" mother and requested she not be forced to attend therapy with her.

But 46-year-old Tamra worries it's her ex who is influencing their daughter's wishes.

During an August 29 interview with Radar Online, the "RHOC" star said, "Sidney's court therapist testified that Sidney is suffering from parental alienation and referred to Simon as the 'gatekeeper.' I've tried everything to get my daughter help...Simon fought so hard to get Sydney out of therapy and he went as far as to drag his daughter into a courtroom to testify how she doesn't want any more therapy."

Tamra doesn't seem to trust her ex husband's intentions.

"I'm devastated and worried about Sidney's future under her father's control," she added.

According to the court documents published by Radar Online, the court declared Sidney was "extraordinary [sic] reluctant to see and have a relationship with her mother."

Sidney has been living with her dad since October 6, 2013. Simon Barney was granted sole physical custody of their daughter, and Tamra has visitation with her "every other weekend, and one day midweek from 4:00 to 7:00 pm every week, and any other additional times at Sidney's discretion," according to the court documents.

Tamra did win shared custody of their other two kids, 14-year-old Spencer and 8-year-old Sophia.

Originally, the reunification therapy was ordered to be continued to mend their mother-daughter relationship, according to Wetpaint.

According to Radar Online, a letter written by Sidney to the family therapist submitted as evidence in the custody battle revealed the teenager was uncomfortable living at home with her "high profile mother."

"She expressed she can't trust predictability at her mother's home, and never knows what to expect next," the therapist states.

"It makes her anxious as to what is going to happen, and how she should react. She stays in her room a lot and doesn't participate in many activities because of fear of embarrassment or lack of interest in the activities she is being asked to participate in."
