"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Cynthia Bailey is reportedly facing a demotion after she kicked Porsha Williams in the stomach while filming the upcoming season 8.

According to the website to PerezHilton.com, Cynthia Bailey will be demoted but not charged for kicking Porscha Williams.

Porscha and Baily were arguing when Cynthia walked away to cool off and had to be talked off the ledge by  fellow RHOA  star Kim Richards. But Porsha returned Porsha and called Cynthia a bitch. Cynthia kicked her in the stomach.

After the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," sources say producers are reviewing footage and weighing options for discipline.

PerezHilton.com says Cynthia could be demoted to a "friend of the cast" designation from her current status as full cast member and would get a cut in pay.

Apparently, you can antagonize on Real Housewives of Atlanta, but not get physical.
