Jared Fogle Update: ‘To Catch A Predator’ Video Commentary By Former Subway Spokesman Surfaces [WATCH]

"These guys continue to fall for it every single time," Fogle says on VH1's "I Love The New Millennium" program, which aired in 2008.

Fogle is suing Russell Taylor, the former head of his charity, for allegedly failing to repay a loan.

He recently pleaded guilty to paying for sex with minors and possessing child pornography and faces five to 12-and-a-half years in prison along with a $1.4 million fine. He claims that Taylor did not pay back $191,000 he lent him in March 2014, PEOPLE reports.

Taylor ran the Jared Foundation, an anti-childhood obesity charity.

Subway issued a brief statement on Twitter about Jared Fogle moments after it was confirmed that he pleaded guilty. Here's what they said:

The United States-based multinational sandwich shop "mutually agreed" to suspend their relationship with Fogle earlier this summer when the investigation began gaining steam.

"Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation," a Subway official said in a statement earlier this year.

"Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming. Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take."

Fogle and Subway worked together for over 15 years. The ex-spokesman lives in Indianapolis.
