Serena Williams Makes Fun Of Coach Slash Boyfriend Patrick Mouratoglou After Defeating Venus

Serena Williams is having the time of her life at the US Open 2015. She even posted a video of herself making fun of her long rumored boyfriend slash coach Patrick Mouratoglou on Instagram.

Looks like the world number 1 was in high spirits after beating her sister Venus at quarterfinals yesterday.

Serena Williams captioned the humorous video, “New job coaching @patrickmouratoglou #dynamicduo #dreamteam I'm a coach.”

As long as Serena Williams is campaigning for her 21 Grand Slam title at this year’s US Open, her boyfriend rumors are on the down low. Even the news about Drake seems to have died down. According to TMZ, “Here it is ... proof Drake and Serena Williams are officially a thing -- making out at a fancy Cincinnati restaurant Sunday night… Hours after Serena dominated and won the WTA tournament in Cinci -- with Drake in the crowd -- the two hit up the uber-fancy Sotto restaurant in downtown for some hoity-toity Italian food.” Advancing now to the semifinals of US Open 2015, the world number 1 certainly has more important things to worry about than silly boyfriend rumors. And seeing how Patrick Mouratoglou has been her steadfast partner through all these years, she might show more appreciation towards her coach. In fact, this isn’t the first time she declared on her Instagram that she and her rumored boyfriend Patrick Mouratoglou make a “dream team”. Right before the tournament started, she uploaded this on her Instagram:

Not only has Serena won 21 Grand Slams, she is looking to complete a career slam this season by clinching the last remaining tournament - the US Open 2015. Not only is she a two-time defending champion, Serena thankfully lacks a real rival that threatens the Grand Slam.

The world number 1 has been confidently saying that she tremendously benefited from her relationship with Patrick Mouratoglou. According to CNN, “Their trophy tally since teaming up includes a Wimbledon title, an Olympic gold medal, three U.S. Open titles, a Roland Garros title and an Australian crown, lifting her back up to the pinnacle of the women's game.”
