Nick Gordon filed a response to the lawsuit accusing him of contributing to Bobbi Kristina Brown's "wrongful death." Nick Gordon argues many claims are untrue, though he does admit that he argued with his girlfriend the day of her death.

According to E! News, Bobbi Kristina's estate administrator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed an amended complaint against Nick Gordon, alleging wrongful death. Previous accusations against Gordon include that he had physically abused Bobbi Kristina Brown and stole nearly $11,000 from her bank accounts during her hospitalization.

Gordon admitted that he did go out and party the night before Bobbi Kristina was found face-down in a bathtub.He also admitted that he reviewed video footage and then get into an argument with her before changing his clothes.

But Gordon claims the other accusations are false - that he didn't give Bobbi Kristina a "toxic cocktail" after accusing her of cheating and then "put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage."

Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bath tub on Jan. 31 in the Atlanta-area home she shared with Gordon. She remained in a coma for six months until she died on July 26.

Despite their differences, the families of Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, were shocked when they found out that Gordon went to visit Bobbi Kristina's gravesite at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, N.J. on Aug. 17. She is buried beside her mother, Whitney Houston.

"Only 14 days before Cissy was there to bury her beloved grandchild next to the grave of her tragic daughter, Whitney Houston. Cissy still can't come to grips with 'Krissi' being dead- and when she heard Nick went there, she collapsed in grief," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Both sides of the family, including Bobbi Kristina's dad Bobby Brown and her aunt Pat Houston, are furious that Nick dared to go to the grave after he was barred from her funeral, and before then, from the hospital and the hospice facility where she eventually died," the source said.
