Nick Gordon, boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, got into an argument with his partner on the night of her death, new court documents reveal. 

Gordon's attorney filed a response to the lawsuit filed by her conservator in Fulton County Superior Court earlier this year, revealing that they were at odds with one another on Jan 31, the night she died. The documents also slammed claims that Gordon was responsible for her death. 

"[The original lawsuit] contains several unsupported conclusory, untrue, criminal accusations that Defendant Nicholas Gordon committed acts that he simply did not do," read part of the motion, according to ABC News. 

"[The] plaintiff has not provided any evidence including but not limited to affidavits, police reports, indictments, or any other documentation to support baseless claims against Defendant Nicholas Gordon."

Gordon has continually been accused of causing the "wrongful death" of Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter. Bobbi Kristina's conservator filed an amended complaint earlier this year which included the accusation.

"I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I extend my sincerest condolences to all of her family. Consistent with and to the letter of the civil action I initially filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, we will continue to pursue justice for her," Bobbi Kristina's conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove told PEOPLE.

"I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count for wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown."

New reports also claim that Gordon wants a portion of her $20 million inheritance left over from her mother Whitney Houston.

The inheritance, which is being managed by a court-appointed attorney, is said to be an unending cash flow generated throughout Houston's successful career. The alleged feud over the inheritance is also involves Pat and Cissy Houston. 

Bobbi Kristina was 22 years old at the time of her death. She was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31 and remained in a medically-induced coma ever since. Gordon is alleged to have discovered her at the scene of the incident.
