Tom Brady got all the love he needed during the "Deflategate" scandal and even after the issue was trashed. He even got friendly with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan amid his rumored marriage woes with wife Gisele Bundchen.

As reported by People last week, Moynahan sent her congrats when the issue finally ended.

"Yippee!" she tweeted. "I can go back to private texts and enjoying the game. Congrats #TB and @Patriots #letsmoveon."

Many of her followers commended her for being "classy" and congratulating the football player. But some haters, criticized her as well telling her to move on. Some even asked what she meant with "private texts."

It was not clear if Bridget Moynahan was talking about "texts" in general or something shared with Tom Brady. At the height of the "Deflategate" scandal, where Brady and his teammates were accused of cheating on a game,  the football player was also experiencing rumored marriage troubles with wife Gisele Bundchen.

In a report on Us Weekly earlier this month, it was mentioned that the retired Brazilian model and football player were on the brink of divorce. But after the "Deflategate" issue, Brady immediately quashed the rumors.

"We're in a great place, I'll just say that," he said in Boston Sports' WEEI interview as quoted by Entertainment Weekly. "I'm a lucky man."

"There's no bigger supporter that I have than her, and vice versa," he added. "I don't think anything will ever get in the way of that."

Bundchen and Brady have two kids. The football player also has a son with Moynahan named John Edward Thomas aka Jack. The American actress and model, who is now dating producer McG, knew of her pregnancy with the football player after they already split and he was already dating the Brazilian model as told in a report in People. Despite their situation, they all remain friendly with each other.

"I never made a comment about Gisele or Tom publicly," Moynahan told More magazine in 2011 as quoted by the source above. "I have a relationship with these people on a daily basis. I'm raising a child, and it's public. The media creates these dramas, and that's not what's happening in my life."

Tom Brady's wife Gisele Bundchen and Bridget Moynahan have also been seen hanging out together during Jack's games in school.
