Chrissy Teigen was candid amid rumors that she and John Legend were already trying for baby number one.

In an interview with People, she admitted that they have an ongoing rule and joke of sorts at home on hiring nannies and other house assistants.

"No hot nannies, drivers or maids," the model said on Wednesday. "It's an ongoing joke in my house. I do want kids one day, so it's something that I have to think about." 

"But the rule is no hot nannies," she reiterated. "I trust John, but you never know with these men." 

Several Hollywood couples, who have split in the past, were rumored to have had some nanny problems and affairs and Teigen wanted to avoid such a problem.

"These days, it doesn't really matter what you look like -- sometimes cabin fever just strikes and men do the do," she pointed out as quoted by New York Post.

"I have to keep an eye on my assistant now, damn!" she joked.

Back in August, the supermodel admitted that many people have been waiting for a Chrissy Teigen John Legend baby.

"We've been together for so long at this point they've been begging for it since year two of our relationship," the supermodel told E! Online. "Of course we want to have kids."

In a report on Life & Style, it was mentioned that the couple were already trying to build their family.

"Chrissy had been hesitant because of her busy modeling career, but she's finally ready," the source revealed.

"John and Chrissy are trying for a baby," a source of New York Daily News' Confidenti@l said. "They were in a backstage elevator, and Chrissy said hello to a pregnant woman, and pointed at her stomach and said, 'Throw some of that juju over here!' to her."

The couple has yet to personally admit they are trying for their first child. But Chrissy Teigen herself told E! Online that she won't keep it a secret if her baby with John Legend finally comes along.
