Friends Reunion 2015: Courteney Cox Age Defying Complexion The Result of Plastic Surgery? Jennifer Aniston Thinks Botox Looks Terrible On Anyone

Friends Reunion 2015: Courteney Cox doesn't seem to age. The "Friends" star showed up make-up free at lunch in Beverly Hills recently and her complexion was spotless, but last month Cox was spotted looking puffy-faced. When Courteney Cox hit the premiere for 'Hand of God,' on Aug. 19 in LA she looked almost unrecognizable.

Courteney Cox looks years younger than she is. Cox, who just made her directorial debut, credits spa treatments and avoiding the sun. The Friends actress's face looked frozen at the Amazon premiere for drama series "Hand Of God," reported Daily Mail. Courteney Cox, 51, shocked everyone when she arrived with her fiance, Johnny McDaid, 39, to the Ace Hotel for the Red Carpet premiere.

The 51-year-old actress denied getting plastic surgery, though she did admit to getting Botox.

"It's no secret I've had some Botox in the past, but I won't go under the knife," Cox told Closer magazine. "Johnny [Mcadaid, Courteney's boyfriend] isn't into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don't feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him."

It is reported that the star will marry Johnny Mcadaid this summer.

According to the National Enquirer, Jennifer Aniston things Botox looks terrible on everyone. This would include Cox and last year, the Friends co-star and Aniston's BFF took it personally.

"I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face. No honestly, I see them and my heart breaks. I think, 'Oh god if you only know how much older you look.' They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won't let themselves just age,"  Jennifer Aniston said In an interview with Yahoo Beauty last year.

"I see them and my heart breaks. I think, 'Oh god if you only know how much older you look.' They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won't let themselves just age. I also have a fiancé; who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way."

Cox thinks Aniston's comments were a backhanded slap. When Cox confronted Aniston, Jennifer told Courteney to stop trying so hard to impress her much younger boyfriend with drastic plastic.

Back in 2013, Cox didn't rule out plastic surgery.

"You know what, I'm game for anything. I'm very open to trying to prolong the inevitable. I'm a big laser believer - I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I'm about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face," the mother of 11-year old Coco said at the time.

''It feels different. I think it's hard, the fact that there's a certain age that we can't have kids anymore. My doctor told me today that he just delivered a baby and the woman was 48. It's like, that's awesome, but it's rare. It's a miracle, you know?"

"From what I can tell reviewing her pics Courteney has had Botox to hold up her brow and prevent descent with aging," Dr. Raffi Hovsepian, M.D., a triple Board Certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills told HollywoodLife.com.

"And volumizing of the Malar [under your eyes] and cheek area with either fillers or fat. Beyond that not much is done."

"It's been a very long time since Courteney looked like Courteney," Lyle M. Back, MD, FACS, Philadelphia area Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, told Hollywood Life.

"She has always denied that she's had any cosmetic surgery, and I believe her - there are no signs of that. But in Hollywood, cosmetic procedures, both surgical and non-surgical, are often taken into the too much and too far zone. ... But it seems she may have had more than a couple of facial laser treatments to smooth the skin, as her too shiny face would suggest."
