SHINee's Taemin Reportedly Preparing For A Solo Comeback

It's no secret that this year has been huge in terms of comebacks and debuts for artists. In fact, this has left some groups wildly successful and others somewhat overshadowed.

The year doesn't seem to be slowing down at all however for SHINee and its individual members.

Shortly following the surprising solo comeback for SHINee's Jonghyun, fellow group member Taemin Lee has been revealed to also be working on a solo comeback. There are no details yet about what kind of release he will have, but it will likely be as successful as his previous track, "Danger."

"Taemin is preparing for a solo comeback. He is currently gathering songs," said an insider to TV Report (via Koreaboo).

Taemin's previous solo album was entitled "Ace" and featured the help of fellow SHINee member Jonghyun, as well as SM Entertainment label mates TVXQ's Changmin and EXO's Kai.

Preceding Taemin's solo comeback will be Jonghyun's promotions for his new solo album, "Story Op. 1." The nine track album contains songs written, produced, and composed by Jonghyun himself. Jonghyun has also recently revealed a music video for a powerful ballad entitled "End of a Day." Jonghyun will give his first solo concert entitled "The Story by Jonghyun" on Oct. 2.

SHINee recently finished their 2015 comeback with the album "Odd" and its repackage version, "Married to the Music." The title track "View," which was also written by Jonghyun, topped the digital music charts and generated the most views for a K-pop music video on YouTube during the month of May.
