'A Corpse Is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet' Release Date Confirmed By Crunchyroll

Fall 2015 anime season is just a few days away, and while Funimation has yet to officially announced their fall lineup, Crunchyroll has snagged a bunch of new titles.

In other words, it's good news for those who prefer the Crunchyroll interface.

Specifically, Crunchyroll has announced that it will stream the "A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet" light novel anime adaptation. Officially titled "Beautiful Bones -Sakurako's Investigation," the series will begin streaming on the website starting Oct. 7. The series will air every Wednesday following at 10:00AM Pacific Time.

The series will be available in North America, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, and Latin America.

Fans on Crunchyroll appear very excited to hear that "A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet" will be available in their region.

"Yay for 'Bones' the anime," said Asharka.

"A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet" will be directed by Makoto Kato with series composition by Takayo Ikami. Michio Sato will serve as both character designer and chief animation director. Finally, TROYCA studio will handle the animation production.

"A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet" is based on a light novel series by Shiori Ota with illustrations by Tetsuo. ANN describes the story of the novel series as follows:

"The novel series revolves around Shōtarō Tatewaki and Sakurako Kujyō. Shōtarō is a normal high school student with a serious demeanor who likes to show off his girlfriend Sakurako. Sakurako is an extraordinarily beautiful woman in her mid-20s from a rich family who loves 'beautiful bones.'"

It further explains:

"The two live in the city of Asahikawa in Hokkaido, and they get involved in various incidents regarding bones."
