It seems that fans of Pikachu will not see it yet and the other well-loved "Pokemon" characters since rumors about the Nov. 20 release date of "Pokemon GO" was said to be "untrue."

In its report, PC Advisor pointed out that the previously speculated date on the release of this new game from Niantic could have been confused from the release date of "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" for Nintendo 3DS.

Accordingly, the "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" will be available in the US by Nov. 20.

With this update, the tech site reiterated that there has been no word yet from the game developer about the exact release date of "Pokemon GO," except that will hit anytime in 2016.

Meanwhile, PC Advisor reported that the game could be downloaded for free from the App Store for the iPhone users, and from the Google Play Store for those who own Android devices. However, "there will also be paid-for content available within the game."

"It is not yet clear whether the paid-for in-app content will be required to progress within the game," the report stated.

In the meantime, Slate noted that the "Pokemon GO" release date is something to look forward to considering that it could be a form of exercise for gamers especially with the use of Pokemon GO Plus.

 The site explained that "instead of doing this in a virtual game world, players will find wild 'Pokemon' roaming the landscape and compete against players they encounter." Therefore, the gamers will be forced to go out to completely enjoy the game.

And speaking of encounter, Slate disclosed that "there could be large events in which all players close to a particular location are offered the chance to join a cooperative battle against one of the franchise's most powerful creatures."

With the 2016 release date of "Pokemon GO" with its gear Pokemon GO Plus, Slate speculated that it would be a "massive hit."
