Girl Group D-Unit Work with Top Hip-Hop Producers, 'Powerful Rookies'

D-Unit, a female group which has stayed true to hip hop since its debut, is looking for collaboration with fellow hip hop artists.

As rookies, D-Unit released a full album-something rarely done for unproven artists-and their "I'm Missing You" in collaboration with YG Entertainment's producer Kush and 'underground hip hop president' Axe propelled them into the heart of Korean hip hop. Their second song "Luv Me" was produced by the first generation R&B producer C-Luv, who also produced Rain, and their current song "Talk In Person" is Block-B Zico's work.

About the new song being released on April 16, Zico was all praise. "Modesty has no place when describing this song," he commented. The song was featured by rapper Beenzino, adding another dimension to the overall theme and style.

D-Unit plans to continue their active performance with "Thank You." With numerous hip hop artists open for collaboration, the release of D-Unit's full second album could not come any sooner.
