On October 14, FNC Entertainment announced the details for N.Flying's comeback after five months.

The group is set to come back on October 22 with their single "Lonely," a medium-tempo song reminiscent of fall. 

In addition to the comeback details, FNC also released the jacket image for "Lonely." More photos were uploaded on the group's official Facebook page to add more anticipation for the group's comeback.

N.Flying debuted under FNC Entertainment in May with their single "Awesome." The four-membered boyband is part of FNC Entertainment and are labelmates with FT Island, CN Blue, Juniel, and AOA.
