Watch New 'Kamisama Hajimemashita' OVA 2 Trailer Before December Release Date [VIDEO]

The second season of "Kamisama Hajimemashita" may have ended earlier this year, but there's still more Nanami and Tomoe romance to watch in the coming months.

Hopefully Tomoe finally shows his real feelings (not likely).

A new trailer for the second "Kamisama Hajimemashita" OVA is now streaming online. The trailer previews the episodes that will ship with volume 23 of the manga on December 18. The episode is entitled "Fox, Falls In Love," and is the second episode to be released in the OVA project. Fans can check out the new trailer below.

So far, fans in an ANN forum are responding to the news with hopes that the series will soon get a third anime season.

"I'm glad the past arc is being animated, but it is way too important to be summed up in only two episodes. It could have been a new season all by itself," said WashuTakahashi.

According to Anime News Network, Akitaro Daichi is returning to direct the OVA with Junko Yamanaka serving as the character designer and chief animation director. Most of the original cast and staff of the anime will return. TMS Entertainment will handle the animation production.

"Kamisama Hajimemashita" (or "Kamisama Kiss" in English) was originally a manga series created by Julietta Suzuki. The story follows Nanami, a girl who is left homeless after her father leaves. Nanami finds a new home at a Shinto shrine as a land God, who requires the help to run the shrine from a demon named Tomoe. Their bond however can only be completed with a kiss.

Funimation licensed both anime seasons of "Kamisama Kiss." The company did not license the previous OVA, but perhaps with their recent success of simulcasts, the company will consider releasing the latest OVA for fans outside of Japan.
